Join together as we make remedies to stock the apothecary of the Herbalista Free Clinic, aka the Herb Bus. The Herb Bus is a traveling free herbal clinic that provides earth-based care for Atlanta communities in need of healthcare but unable to afford it.  We will make batches of some of our most needed herbal preparations, reviewing a variety of medicine making skills from beginner to more advanced techniques.  Participants will go home with new skills, a sample of their creations, and the knowledge that they have made batches of sweet, sweet herbal medicine to nurture their neighbors.

About the Instructor: 
Lorna Mauney-Brodek is a traveling herbalist, medicine maker, wildcrafter, and founder of the Herbalista Free Clinic, aka the Herb Bus.  Currently hubbed in Atlanta, this mobile herb clinic offers both basic first aid treatment and long-term tonic therapies.  The Bus also travels the country offering workshops and pop-up training clinics to other herbalists interested in starting free mobile clinics in their neck of the woods.
