About the Instructor:
Sarah is a self-taught embroidery artist. Sarah lives in a cozy Southeast Atlanta cottage with her husband, two little kids, and floppy eared dog.
Sarah is a graduate of Agnes Scott College with a BA in History. Her interest in social history - particularly traditional women's work and crafts - had led her down a path of personal discovery. Sarah loves to share the history of hand embroidery in its many diverse forms. She also works to promote the many benefits of slow making and hand crafts.
