Herbs for Street Medics

  • 80 Mayson Avenue Northeast Atlanta, GA, 30307 United States (map)

Herbal medicine can be used to support many of the situations that can occur when we stand up in the streets and face state violence. In this class we will discuss practical natural remedies for common street medic situations, such as injuries, respiratory irritation, detoxification from chemicals, mental health episodes, wounds, asthma, etc. We will also discuss how when it is appropriate to use herbs vs. conventional approaches, and how to safely walk that line. Please come if you want to learn how you can better support your friends and community during resistance movements, using the plants that grow around us, our biggest allies.

This class is free to the public!! Bought to you by the Resistance School. We are also encouraging folks to come if they are interested in participating in Street medic work in Atlanta (especially those with higher training), we will have a meeting following the class.
