  • Email for Address

The strength and resilience of our immune system not only keeps us from getting sick, but plays a vital role in our overall health and stamina and the prevention of chronic ailments. This class is for you whether you just want to strengthen your overall immunity, keep from getting winter colds and flus, or struggle with specific immune issues such as chronic sinusitis, allergies, digestive issues, and fungal overgrowth. We will cover the basics on herbs and nutritional tonics that will help you to support your body and build a more resilient immune system. Participants will get to sample a variety or herbal remedies and tea will be provided for everyone.

$20 for the class, $15 each if you have 3+ people in your vehicle, walk, bike, or take MARTA. Barter and Reduced Rates available for those in need. Spots are limited, please email the instructor for the exact address.
