You’ll get to use several different knives (chef’s knife, paring knife, other bladed tools) and discuss sharpening tools, handling basic knife cuts: slicing, dicing, chopping, and mincing.
We’ll use our skills to prepare and then eat the Crudite and Salsa Fresca we make in class – Yum! Taught by accomplished chef, Christine Seelye-King.
