We’ll not only get hands-on curing pork belly from Gum Creek Farms into a tasty morning treat, we’ll also create bacon jam together as well as cook a vegetable dish using bacon, just to show you the versatility of this delicious southern staple (as if you didn’t already know.)
The workshop includes the cost of bacon & jam fixins as well as lunch together and maybe a few local brews to round out the day. What more could you want?
