Menthol Crystals for Health & Beauty with GGB Skincare

  • GGB @ The Goat Farm 1200 Foster Street Northwest Atlanta, GA, 30318 United States (map)

Would you like to learn the secrets to formulating your own recipe for all the benefits you desire in your soap? Join Green Girl Basics to learn to safely and correctly formulate with Menthol crystals for vibrant health and beauty benefits. Peppermint oil and other mint essential oils contain menthol, and it can be taken directly from the essential oil. Menthol is used to relieve minor aches and pains, such as muscle cramps, sprains, headaches and similar conditions. It is also used as an antispasmodic and smooth muscle relaxant. Used as aromatherapy, the scent can be used to provide relief of stress, anxiety, and nervousness.

We will make a natural sinus relief balm with organic oils and beeswax. Utilize menthol's analgesic qualities to relieve aches and pains in your own muscle rub.

Create mentholated, invigorating, and sinus clearing shower tablets AKA shower bombs to kick congestion goodbye.

Create a minty, mineral-rich salt soak for your feet that just may change your life, or at least erase some stress. Treat your self!

You will also receive a handout with tips and tricks to unlock menthol's potential in soaps, creams, lip balms, bath salt soaks, scrubs, bath bombs and more.

Bring an apron.
