Ketchup: How to make a basic Ketchup. And we’ll prepare Kicky Ketchup, bottled and so useful for meats, eggs – you name it!
Mayonnaise: Homemade mayonnaise has a silkiness, an elegance, that you won’t find in any commercial preparation. Add herbs for various flavor profiles. With or without eggs!
Vinaigrettes: So many possibilities! We’ll start by making up Pickled Cherry Tomatoes, then whisk them into a flavorful Tomato Vinaigrette. We’ll enjoy our creation on a green salad.
