In this class, you’ll learn how to make delicious French-style bread: flaky and crusty on the outside, soft and delicious on the inside! This dough recipe can be made into baguettes, loaves, dinner rolls, and even focaccia! You’ll also whip up a jar of homemade butter and enjoy some wine.
This BYOB Sunday Supper Social will focus on Southern food using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients prepared using traditional and modern methods. Join Todd (of Hutchinson’s Finest, a local biscuit delivery service) and Mondie Tharp to cook and eat fresh, delicious food.
