Come explore Crack in the Sidewalk Farmlet as farmers Chris and Isia introduce you to the wonderful world of wild foods! If you know Crack in the Sidewalk from their farm stand at Grant Park and East Atlanta Farmer's Markets then you probably have come across and even experienced the delights that these ephemeral goodies have to offer. This class is for everyone of all levels of experience.
With over ten years of experience, Chris and Isia are excited to share the knowledge they have amassed in hopes that folks can find a new way to engage with the beautiful natural world around them! Class starts at 1pm, and upon arrival you can enjoy a glass of wild sun tea while we began our walk. You will also see many parts of the farm in action as an added bonus.
We will go over plant identification and proper use as well as have a resource station set up for further research. We will finish off with light wild bites and wild cocktails. We will also have produce from the farm as well as our signature wild salad mix for sale.
