Join Botanologos to learn to identify and apply evidence-based dietary interventions in clinical practice. We will explore the fundamentals of Chinese nutrition therapy as well as modern dietary protocols for a variety of chronic conditions, including Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and metabolic syndrome. Topics include the thermal and energetic nature of foods, Five Element nutrition therapy, and cooking for specific imbalances and dietary restrictions.
This class is designed to provide you with reliable, peer-reviewed nutrition resources to add to your clinical toolkit. And we’ll also prepare and taste several healing, whole foods recipes.
