Prepare for your favorite spaghetti, salsa, soup and stew recipes this fall and winter! Jars will be canned and be shelf-stable for up to 1 year from date of canning.
Canned tomatoes will be made in pint and quart jars that you may purchase at cost and in the quantities you choose at the end of the session. Costs of the jars depends on the market price of the organic tomatoes at that time, but range $3-5 each .
