In this workshop, we will get up close and personal with the fall & winter veggies. We will cover:
- Veggie selection: which vegetables are appropriate to grow in the fall and winter.
- Garden layout: how much space do certain veggie require and which veggies make good companion plants.
- Garden maintenance: seasonal challenges, nutritional needs, and best practices for pest management.
The cost of the 'Growing Tips and Tricks for Fall/Winter Veggies' class is $10. In exchange you will receive 10% off your purchase of fall gardening supplies (plants, seeds, soils, fertilizers, etc.).
The instructor will be Addison Hosley, manager of Tradition Market and Garden's Backyard Cultivator Services. Addison is responsible for the daily and weekly vegetable garden maintenance services provided by Tradition Market and Garden. He spends his days nurturing and growing our client's private veggie gardens throughout the Atlanta area
