The recipe allows you to make soft crusty dinner rolls, bread loaves, ciabatta, baguettes, boules, even focaccia. You’ll learn how to mix and how much to let it rest. You’ll shape into baguettes or dinner rolls (your choice) – then bake it up and take home your freshly made treat.
We’ll also make up homemade butter – so easy and so much better tasting than what you can buy. And so yummy on that just-made warm baguette! You’ll learn various ways to make it and what are the best creams to use. Then take home a jar of this freshly made butter.
