In this demonstration class, you’ll learn the steps and various methods used in creating a basic pasta dough. Once you see how simple it is, you’ll forsake the boxed pasta forever! In addition to rolling and cutting, the instructor will show you the basic shapes as well as a few fun cuts to put in your pasta repertoire. A ravioli primer rounds out the evening, and we’ll taste the various cuts with a few simple sauces, and decide which shapes work best with which sauce! Feel free to BYOB. You’ll leave the class with a full belly, complete recipes, and as usual, a lot of great cooking and kitchen tips!
