Although Sunday suppers have many meanings, we want to celebrate the version that brings friends and family together over good food. This BYOB Sunday Supper Social will focus on Southern food using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients prepared using traditional and modern methods. Join Todd (of Hutchinson’s Finest, a local biscuit delivery service) and Mondie Tharp to cook and eat fresh, delicious food. The menu will include: Cornmeal Crackers with Fromage Blanc; Blueberries and Fried Shallots; Pan Fried Grouper with Beurre Blanc'; Summer Succotash; Tomato, Cucumber, Watermelon Salad; and Georgia Peach Crisp with Creme Anglaise. This "class" is more of a dinner party where the guests participate in making the meal together. Todd will do the heavy lifting so everyone else can relax and enjoy...the perfect way to end the weekend.
